Description
LungeKlar® is a CLIA reagent intended for the qualitative detection of seven lung cancer-associated autoantibodies (p53, GAGE7, PGP9.5, CAGE, MAGE-A1, SOX2 and GBU4-5) in human serum. Autoantibodies induced by tumor immune responses can reflect the tumor invasive or indolent phenotypes, and further assess the risk of malignant transformation of lesions. This assay shall be used in combination with CT imaging to assist in differentiating benign and malignant pulmonary nodules.
