Clinical application
Lung Nodules Risk Assessment:
This assay shall be used in combination with CT imaging, to provide an assessment of lung cancer risk in indeterminate pulmonary nodules (IPNs).
Principle
The seven lung cancer-associated autoantibodies kit detects 7 targets at the same time:
p53, GAGE7, PGP9.5, CAGE, MAGE A1, SOX2 and GBU4-5.
This assay detects autoantibodies against seven lung-cancer-associated antigens. The invasive or indolent tendency of tumor biological activity reflected by tumor immuneresponse signals, thereby indicating the possibility of tumor malignant transformation.
Highlights
• Validated biomarker: Only prospectively validated lung cancer screening biomarker
• High Specificity: About 90% specificity with 7 autoantibody panel
• High stability: Longer half-life of antibodies than antigens ensures stable detection
• Non-Invasive & Convenient: Only requires a blood sample
• Fully Automated: Chemiluminescence technology, results in about 30 minutes
